Most of my readers out there are used to my exploring the brighter sides of humanity. So I know my latest book will be a surprise for some of you. But since I’ve already written books covering a very diverse number of topics, it was only logical that I take another step and challenge myself with unknown writing territory. But even I’ll admit this one was a pretty bold step; it’s not that often that I write about sociopathic criminals! Evil on the Peace River is a crime thriller set in North Western Alberta that I hope will push the boundaries of what everyone thinks they know about my writing.
This week brings along the Chinese New Year as well, and it’s officially the Year of the Dragon. Apparently the dragon is supposed to symbolize a year of great change and I, for one, couldn’t be more excited. There are lots of exciting changes on my horizon, not the least of which is the fact that I spent these cold winter months busily preparing my next book. In the coming weeks I’ll be giving you more information on this latest manuscript. But in the meantime, why not curl up and keep warm with one of my other titles? Click here for more information on how to get your hands on them.
